How long is your weight loss program?

For best results, we recommend you be on the weight loss program for three months, then take a break. If you commit to it for less than a month, most of your weight loss would be water weight loss and not fat. But beyond three months, most people will no longer lose weight and be "stuck" at the weight-loss plateau despite continuing exercise and diet changes. We will then recommend a natural program and of course continue with your diet and exercise.

Do you use prescribed medications?

YES, our provider may prescribe an appetite suppressant, phentermine/phendimetrazine, approved by the FDA since 1959 for the short-term treatment of exogenous obesity in conjunction with a regimen of weight reduction based on caloric restriction, exercise and behavioral modification. The medication is one of the many tools we use to help you lose weight. We focus on changing your behavior and modifying your lifestyle to help you lose weight.

What happens once I am done with your weight loss program?

After three months, you will want to get on a natural program. You may resume eating carbohydrates again but you should maintain between a 1600-calorie to 1800-calorie per day diet or whatever was discussed with the Physician that would be best for you. Keeping the weight off will require an ongoing effort.

Is our weight loss program right for you?

If your weight is affecting your overall health and your physical activities and you feel that you require the help of a medical professional for weight loss, make a visit to our clinic for your FREE consultation and get started.
